Lathe

In the CNC lathes we have worked on two types of programming: Fagor 8025 and 8055. Each of the programs has its linked machines, for the 8025 the magnum and lealde lathe and in 8055 the eclipse lathe.

PREPARATION OF THE MACHINE

In the lathe the same procedure is followed, first the machine is referred to the zero machine given by the machine. The second measure all the tools to be used for the subsequent machining and the zero piece is taken. Once everything has been put in, the program could be launched, but to verify it can be simulated on the same machine and in case of error it can be edited directly. Another case is machine work in which there is no need to perform a later program. In this case, by introducing SHIFT Ë ESC, the conversational method, in which the cycles are programmed and only the data should be entered
