ISO PROGRAMMING
In terms of numerical control, we have worked on lathes with 8055 and 8025 programming and milling machine in 8055 and 8065.
For the realization of programs in lathes 5 types of fixed cycles have been used:
G81 – For slabs on the X-axis using straight sections.
G84 – For slabs on the X-axis using curved sections.
G68 – To perform slabs on the X-axis.
G88 – For making slots.
G86 – For making threads.
In milling machine 3 cycles have been used mainly, although in machine it was used conversational. Once the cycles are introduced, they must be deactivated by G80.
G81 – To perform drilling.
G87 – For machining rectangular cashiers
G88 – For machining of cylindrical cashiers.
CONVERSATIONAL PROGRAMMING
As mentioned above, the conversational method was used for the production of the parts.
The conversational method consists of a series of sections: The program (place where the program of the piece is generated), the graph (which consists mainly of a simulation of the program performed) and finally the cycles.
The cycles are distributed around the screen and consist of entering data about a program of an existing cycle.
